SHARING

The adventure begins when our customer shares their project idea with us and asks for advice about how to implement it. Together, in an extended team, we illustrate strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and possible variables.

AESTHETICS AND FUNCTIONALITY

The concrete study of the product’s design and the production feasibility is the following step. Expert hands of technicians and engineers combine experience and creativity in order to shape moulds with excellent injection performance.

ENGINEERING AND PROTOTYPING

The next step is transforming design elements and anticipating them through the rapid 3D prototype. The result is the outer-sole model which measures the shoe’s last-upper-sole performance as well as the market-enjoyment before starting the mould construction.

INDUSTRIALISATION AND PRODUCTION

In the second phase of the production process, we industrialise the prototype moulds with smart production systems and collaborative robotics, obtaining considerable benefits in size development and special finishings.

In the third phase, we start large-scale production through automated and optimised monitoring.

TESTING

We conclude this process with a test injection on a state-of-the-art machine that teststhe moulds for Desma, Crest, MainGroup and Gusbi injection machinery.

Finally, we ship our moulds all over the world. They are ready for the production cycle in shoe factories. Our customers have effectively zeroed out delays in starting production and optimised the start-up costs of a new production season.
