Our company is equipped with HSC technology (High Speed Cutting) and 5-axis machining tools to enable the production of high quality moulds, significantly reducing delivery times.
The actual injection process is performed in the final testing phase. This process implements an on-site direct injection machine; this means that we can provide our clients with a guarantee of concrete results, even before the mould enters production.
A day in production
8 am – First meeting of the day
Giorgio Zago continues the family tradition, personally checking through all the planning and progress of projects.
11 am – Check and inspection of processes with the department managers
It is thanks to our experience and care constantly focussed on the various phases of the production process that we obtain the high quality of our moulds.
3 pm - Meeting with Zago technical engineers
At the various Work Stations, alongside our technical engineers, we check milling down to the last millimetre, providing our team with prompt feedback on the development of the production process.
6 pm - Last meeting of the day
Our specialists inspect the test injections before informing the development managers of the client footwear company and arranging a meeting with them.
